Ron

Ron turned 18 just a couple of weeks before the photoshoot, with took place alongside his inseparable friend, neighbor and cousin, Ivo. Ron is in many ways, at least in his interests and activities, a carbon copy of Ivo—he also enjoys track athletics, martial arts and boxing. I’ve seen videos of the guys sparring together, and this initially really caught my interest in photographing the pair.

About a month earlier, when we first discussed doing the photoshoot, Ron seemed a bit shy and hesitant, and Ivo did most of the talking. Later, in front of the camera, Ron was really wild and completely let loose. Sometimes I even had to ask him to tone things down a little.

We had a really fun Saturday night bender recently, and with some luck, there will be more to show in the future.
