Natan

Natan, 25, lives in Bratislava for the moment, although he’s very spontaneous and unbound, ready to drop everything at a moment’s notice and move to some other part of the world. He’s lived and worked in Cyprus, Holland and Switzerland, just to name a few. We were lucky to have met in the first place, and the photoshoot itself was uncertain whether it would actually happen, but by some stroke of luck it did.

Natan seems comfortable, even proud to show off his body, at least parts of it, but he was very shy to go completely naked. Even after starting the photoshoot, he considered stopping at the part we got to the underwear. We took a break, went on the balcony together, he had a smoke, and then finally made up his mind to continue with the photoshoot.

During a walk we had a few days earlier, Natan opened up to me about his troublesome past and admitted that he has difficulties trusting people and that he has self-sabotaging tendencies. In spite of these difficulties, he still has streaks of optimism and desires to be helpful and caring. While Natan seems to be guarded and have a strong exterior, it was nice to see him be able to show a wider range of expressions and positive emotions during the photoshoot and our time together.
