Kiro
Kiro, 18, is a very athletic young man from Southern Slovakia. He has trained in parkour, boxing, and soccer, showcasing his diverse athletic skills. He also worked as a bartender in Germany, where he discovered his love for mixing drinks. His favorite cocktail is a piña colada.
Kiro hasn’t had it easy with his parents. Without going into personal details, he’s gone through several tragedies and has been looking after himself for the past two years. Despite these challenges, Kiro’s positive energy, willingness, and enthusiasm during photoshoots are not something you see every day. He really gave it his all and mentioned several times that he was surprised by how much he enjoyed the experience. In later albums, you’ll see him performing some interesting stunts on a railway bridge.
We photographed everything on location around his hometown. It was a bit of an adventure trying to find places that were nice, not too far out, but secluded enough so we wouldn’t be interrupted by passers-by. We didn’t have enough time to get shots of him doing flips, but hopefully, we will capture those in a future session.
He was referred to me by a friend he met online. Initially, he was quite wary and couldn’t fully imagine what he was getting himself into. However, after we finally met in person, he said he was relieved. He was worried I’d be some scary, creepy guy, but it turned out he really liked me and felt comfortable working with me. Kiro’s openness and willingness made the photoshoot a pleasant and memorable experience.
